Bug Garden

I love bugs*. I love the way they shimmer and move. I think most of them are cute and are full of personality. This piece could have easily been called “Bug Love” or maybe “Love Bug”. I also love flowers and leaves. I was an only child and spent a lot of time being quiet in the yard looking at whatever was available to me which may explain my love for the small things we tend to not notice in our lives.

*Except for roaches. Roaches skeeve me out. They will run towards you. One of the worst days in my life was when I discovered they can fly. And anything that small with that much confidence deserves to be feared. I am told I have a special “roach shriek”. I blame my mother.
